If you want to request deletion of personal data held by AxxisNet, use the process below.
1. Submit a Request
Email contact@axxisnet.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request”. For Helpdesk-related data you may also contact helpdesk@axxisnet.com.
2. Information to Include
- Your name and contact email;
- The service or account related to your request;
- The type of data you want deleted.
3. Verification
To prevent unauthorized deletion, we may ask for reasonable verification of your identity or connection to the relevant account.
4. Limitations
Some information may need to be retained where required for legal, security, financial, contractual or dispute-resolution purposes.
5. Response
We will review the request and respond within a reasonable period based on applicable law and the nature of the request.
